My number one goal is to innovate the way a transaction is conducted by giving borrowers, realtors, and partners a different perspective on mortgage loans and making every purchase, refinance, and even construction loan a simple, stress-free, seamless transaction where the transaction turns into a long-lasting trustworthy relationship! Aside from my career as a Loan Officer, I am a Home Owner and Real Estate Investor. Those two things are very important because the person you chose to work with should be able to relate firsthand! Part of my day-to-day life is talking with Agents and other Loan Officers seeking advice on their challenging scenarios needing creative solutions. I withhold a problem solving skill, and a passion in accomplishing any task given to me under any condition given. Due to this my track record and reputation as a volume producer has given me hands on and in depth knowledge of the Processing and Underwriting of loans. The most important part of any transaction is being able to foresee the complexities in the process and prepare ahead of time and to always have a back-up plan.
